Rates are based on the buffet breakfast at the "HORIZON RESTAURANT "ONLY and are inclusive of 07% Service Fee Municipality fees, 10% Service Fee and 05% VAT
Municipality fees & service charge are subject to change without prior notice and depending upon local Government regulations
Tourism Dirham-is excluded

AEDI 0.00 per room per night, which would be payable directly by guest to us at the time of checkin or check-out.

All GATEWAY HOTEL rooms are equipped with the most modern amenities such as satellite colour LCD TV, Central Air-conditioning, Mini bar, IDD telephone, Bathroom with bathtub/shower, safe deposit box, in-house movie high speed internet access, mini fridge, daily housekeeping, 24-hour room service and tea/coffee making facility in addition to other standard of amenities
COMPLIMENTARY:
Welcome amenities, bottle of mineral water & tea/ coffee daily, local newspaper, local phone calls, parking, Wi-Fi in rooms and lobby, late check out by 14 00 without extra charges subject to availability in low season
CHILD POLICY
00-4.99 years shall be accommodated free of charge when sharing with existing bedding. Buffet Breakfast will be free of charge
05-11 99 years shall be accommodated free of charge when sharing with existing bedding.
12 years old considered an adult, charges applicable.
Maximum Two child can be accommodated in the room (one is infant)
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 14:00hrs
Check-out time is 12:00hrs midday
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at an extra charge
Late check-out supplement charges until 18:00 hrs will be at 50% of the contracted room rates
After 18:00 hrs One (01) night will be charged at the contracted rate
No refunds will be granted in-case the guest decides to check-out earlier than initially booked
